Pitch to Us

The Collective Magazine was founded as a space for students, recent graduates and young people to grow their writing portfolios. If you have an idea for an article that you’d like to write, please email the relevant section editor using the template below!

There are no requirements for writing for us, other than needing to be a student OR aged 18 – 25. So, as long as you’re in education 18 – 25, we’d love to hear from you! If you’re not a student or 18 – 25, please contact Millie, our Editor In Chief to discuss writing for us.

When pitching to our editors, please ensure you include:

  • Your Full Name
  • Whether you are a student or recent graduate (as well as your degree title)
  • Article Headline
  • Relevant information that you would like to include in the article
  • Any ideas you have for this article to give to our design team (illustration, photography?)
  • Please include your full name and proposed headline in the subject of your email
